The University Student Assembly is the only legitimate representative body for students within Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. It is established in 2020, 70 years after the founding of the University. Their way to communicate with the students was by social media. This way, the students had no trust in this institution.
USS wanted to achieve this and to show transparency in their work. Main features from client were:
- Inform students about any organized event for which students are interested
- Directly involving students and listening to their opinions
- Simple and easy way for students to report problems they have through the platform - Student Service
